About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI-driven solutions for our clients. You will work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to identify business challenges, prototype AI models, and implement scalable systems that deliver measurable value.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Proficiency in Python and key ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Strong experience with end-to-end ML pipelines — from data ingestion to model monitoring.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
Experience deploying models in production using MLOps practices (CI/CD, model versioning, A/B testing).
Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks (Spark, Databricks, Kafka).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into ML solutions.
Experience working with vector databases and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI).
Knowledge of responsible AI principles including bias detection, explainability, and model fairness.
Good to Have
Experience building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and working with GenAI applications.
Understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Publications, patents, or active participation in AI communities and research forums.
